My name is casey
Originally from Syracuse, NY, but I’ve called Buffalo home since moving here for college in 2014. It’s a place that quickly stole my heart, and it’s where I found not only my community but also my incredible spouse and chosen family.
My fertility experience shaped who I am today, and it fuels my passion for advocating for everyone’s right to make their own informed and educated reproductive choices, because I know what it is like to feel like you aren’t being heard, or seen as more than a medical event.
I believe in a multifaceted approach, I have had the privilege in life to be in vulnerable situations with people from different backgrounds. Whatever I don’t know, I am capable of learning, and I’m not afraid to admit if something didn’t work out perfectly. Life is about learning, and I am grateful that I get to learn about my families from the ground up just as they are.
